Previous Minutes
Due to the fact
that Richard had produced no minutes the Chairman decreed that a fine of
1 round of drinks would be imposed and is to be paid in full on the next
activity. This fine is also to be doubled due to no apologies being
offered for not turning up at the meeting.
Sailing
Weekend 11/12/13
July. To be attended by AB, DB, JE, IN, PR&KZ. RC & NL to
confirm. 2 boats (20’ half deckers) to be booked by KZ from Hunters
Yachts accommodation either on board under boom tent or camping.

Friday
25th April. All suggestions to John by e-mail by 13th
March and then John will send an e-mail voting form to all.
NYE
Party
If
the NYE party does not take place? Who would like to rent a house or
similar? AC & JE are a No all others interested, RC & NL to
advise.

still interested although price appears high. Neil to confirm interest
and request details of running costs etc. Meeting to be held on 20th

With
the fine weather approaching alternative meeting venues with out door
seating are to be considered.
A
further clothing order is imminent however Alan is considering a new
supplier !!! However Neal will investigate if he can undercut the UK
suppliers.
